Module description

In this module we provide you with opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in real-life contexts, developing your professional competencies, reflective skills and capacity for practice-based learning. These competencies include communication, teamwork, leadership and project management skills that are not easily developed through theoretical knowledge.

Through the internship, you will have the opportunity to learn about innovation and reflective practice and will be able to solve complex challenges the hospitality industry is facing. You will also critically reflect on your performance and learning, identifying strengths and areas for development.
