Module description
In this module we provide you with an overview of health promotion and health behaviours, and the link between them. Using real-world examples from public health, we will guide you through key concepts used to think about promoting healthy lifestyles and behaviours, health communication, barriers to changing behaviours, and designing and evaluating health promotion programmes.
The module will help you to build knowledge, develop understanding and academic skills, and prepare you for the rest of your degree.
