Assessment: two in-class exercises (30% each) and a one-hour 15-minute in-class test (40%)

Module description

This is the second biology module of three and focuses on the major biological pathways. You will learn about a range of functions and processes, including:

photosynthesis
gas exchange
respiration
metabolism.

You will also perform a quantitative practical on enzymes and be introduced to the nervous system.
